Case Study Webinar

On February 29 2024 more than 150 healthcare professionals across the diabetes, heart failure and renal disciplines joined our Case Study Webinar.

We heard from members of the faculty: the DSN Forum, British Society for Heart Failure Nurse Forum and the Association of Nephrology Nurses, who each gave an overview of the latest facts and challenges in their area.

Then we explored case studies within each speciality:

• A foot care programme to support people undergoing dialysis - Emily and Lindsay, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne

• A cardio renal clinic to help optimise heart failure treatment for people with co-morbidities - Justine and Angela from the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust

• A Heart failure / Renal / Diabetes study day for NHS Trust colleagues - Christine from Broomfield Hospital in Essex
