  • Lisa Kelly | Managing Director and Founder

    With a nursing and NHS background, Lisa has over 20 years’ experience working in top level marketing and medical roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

    Lisa decided it was time to utilise her extensive knowledge of the cardiorenal, metabolic environment, as well as her unique partnership and project management skills in creating LKOTT Consulting.

    Lisa’s ability to form mutually beneficial and trusting relationships at all levels - really getting to the ‘nitty gritty’ of client’s needs, leads to creative and innovative, healthcare enhancing projects.

  • Faith McMath | Associate Director, Project and Event Delivery

    Having begun her career in public relations, Faith has focused on communications, project delivery, content and copywriting for more than 20 years.

    She has worked in both agency and in-house environments for healthcare, retail, charity and financial brands, designing and overseeing complex projects and achieving tangible results through carefully tailored communications strategies.

    As LKOTT Associate Director Faith works alongside Lisa to deliver exceptional partnership opportunities, projects and events. Keeping a close on the detail is the key to achieving the best possible results.

  • Tammy Ward | Associate Director and Events Specialist

    Tammy has over 20 years’ experience working in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, as well as more recently working alongside the Integrated Care Board for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and local hospice charities. She has vast experience of event management including large corporate conferences, launch events, award ceremonies and dinners, educational workshops and charitable fundraisers.

    She is passionate about improving patients' treatment outcomes and has spent the majority of her career developing and implementing education for healthcare professionals.

    Tammy has excellent event and project management skills and has fantastic knowledge of educational platforms to suit all needs.

  • Darren King | AV Expert.

    A highly experienced, passionate and creative Audio Visual professional, specialising in video production and photography.

    Multi-skilled and reliable, with the ability to work and communicate effectively to meet tight deadlines. Extremely calm, pragmatic and adaptable whilst under pressure, remaining focused at all times to achieve the desired outcome.

    Demonstrating excellent people skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high quality deliverables.

  • Rebecca Down | Medical Writer

    An accomplished medical and scientific communications professional with more than twenty years' in-house pharma, agency and NHS experience.

    An enthusiastic healthcare specialist demonstrating a passionate belief in the role that communications can play in improving patient experience and outcomes.

    Expertise supported by a strong scientific background and flair for identifying creative solutions that deliver on business objectives.

  • Nat Shortt | Designer

    Nat is a creative and conceptual thinker who likes to solve problems with engaging, strategic design.

    Nat has worked at a number of agencies, start-ups and in-house teams across both marketing and design.

    Through a combination of digital, print and social design Nat has delivered integrated campaigns for global brands.

  • Lisa Hylton | Project Manager/ Editor

    With a background in journalism and E-Commerce, Lisa has specialised in copywriting, editing and management for more than 25 years.

    Lisa has worked in print media, project and people management and event organisation for newspapers, magazines and online retail brands.

    Multi-skilled and with the ability to work to tight deadlines, Lisa prides herself on effectively communicating with key stakeholders to achieve desired results.

    She brings her talents to the LKOTT team to ensure our events are organised in a calm manner and are delivered without a hitch!

  • Becky Jones | Medical Communicator

    Becky is a medical communications expert with extensive knowledge gained over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She is innovative and skilled at translating scientific and technical language into clear, simple messages for professional audiences.

    Delivering projects for the UK, European and global markets, Becky has worked with healthcare agencies in many therapeutic areas. Becky has led a huge variety of complex, compliant medical education programmes.

    As an advocate of expert-to-expert communications, Becky builds trusted and long-lasting partnerships and collaborations.

  • Fiona Millard | Medical Writer & Designer

    Fiona is an experienced medical writer and designer with a passion for communicating complex medical topics clearly and simply.

    Having worked in medical communications for twenty years, with ten years in the pharmaceutical industry, Fiona has experience creating content for a wide variety of activities, including medical education, patient support programmes, meetings and promotional content.

    Fiona’s unique combination of writing and design skills enables her to create diagrams and infographics that work in synergy with her writing to effectively explain difficult concepts.
